The usual process requires to rely on memory, check on a spreadsheet, a website, or each enrollment form and I wanted an accessible tool that I can access daily as well as anyone that handles biologic medication.”

What to expect:
- Refill requests, clarification calls, or prior authorization follow-ups from ConnectiveRx Pharmacy powered by Zeal Specialty Pharmacy, but no new prescriptions are required.
- Patients will continue to receive medication deliveries on their established schedule without interruption because they transferred patient profiles, active prescriptions, prior authorizations, and co-pay assistance information.
- Communication to affected patients is being sent separately to ensure that they are aware of the change and have the updated contact information.

For faster and more efficient interaction, the medication selection field in the tool now displays an “X” button when a selection is made. This allows users to quickly clear the selection from the filter box without manually deleting it using the keyboard.
